the never bird gave up
her nest to save a boy
so keen on single destruction
death seemed like a very big adventure
and Heathcliff plumetted into
a life long lady-bird trap
Catherine serving as an
interim balm, until she gave
up
to lose the fever one must
sweat the poisin
reason never entered into this mess
this madness
of never ending stories
and jolly roger nonsense
---------------------------
and I'm stuck for an ending guys...HELP!

thanks Brian. I found that I only understood the first two stanzas so I am scrapping this piece and starting over again. Thanks again for the crit.

I hate to say this, but I don't get it. Maybe if I spent more than five minutes contemplating it I could, but I don't get what you're getting at. However, I can say that I do not like the third stanza; just don't like lines that try to be profound.
